Bab Al Rayyan is a specialized industrial factory located in Nineveh, Iraq. We focus on the production and supply of diesel fuel, High Sulfur Fuel Oil (HSFO), Vacuum Residue (VR), and Bitumen. Our mission is to support Iraq’s growing infrastructure and energy sectors by offering dependable, high-quality petroleum products.
Operating under the Western Distribution Authority – Nineveh Branch – we have the logistical reach and governmental alignment to meet nationwide demand. Our facilities are fully equipped with modern refining and safety systems, ensuring every product leaving our site is reliable, safe, and aligned with international performance benchmarks.

At Bab Al Rayyan, we produce 5,000 tons of premium bitumen daily, packaged in steel drums and jumbo bags for global export. In partnership with our exclusive distributor, Luna Energy FZE—the largest exporter of Bitumen from Umm Qasr Port—our products are shaping infrastructure projects and paving roads across five continents.
